90-Night Risk-Free Trial
We want you to sleep on your decision. Literally. Every Alcove pillow comes with a 90-night trial: take up to 90 nights from the day your order is delivered to decide if it's right for you.
How it works
- Try your pillow for up to 90 nights. We recommend at least 2 weeks so your neck can fully adjust.
- Not sleeping better? Email us at contact@alcovesleep.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Once the return is on its way, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No questions asked.
Conditions
- The trial starts on the delivery date and lasts 90 nights.
- One trial per household per order.
- The pillow should be returned with its cover. Normal signs of use are perfectly fine, that's what the trial is for.
- Refunds cover the full product price, including any bundle discount applied.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. This applies whether or not you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, in line with consumer law.
