Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, free of charge, with full tracking on every order.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (business days) from our European warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Australia and New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 3-7 business days
- Canada and the United States: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
These estimates start from dispatch. During peak periods (holidays, sales) delivery can take a few days longer.
Tracking
Every order is tracked from our warehouse to your doorstep. You'll receive email updates at each step, and you can follow your parcel at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add Shipping Protection (1.20 AUD): priority handling of any transit incident, with immediate free replacement in case of loss, theft or damage during delivery. If you don't add it, you remain covered by our standard guarantees under consumer law; claims may simply take a little longer to process with the carrier.
Customs and duties
Orders are shipped delivered-duty-friendly for the destinations we serve. In the rare case where local customs charges apply, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
